Duhaney, City Manager, AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of the sum of $50,000 from the balance sheet reserve account no. 0050x2580, "Reserve for Weather Related Events, Other Emergency and One-Time Needs," to the City Manager's Office non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x101x7400, for the purpose of providing one-time operating funding to Cincinnati Area Senior Services (CASS) to allow Over-the Rhine Senior Center to continue operations.
