ORDINANCE, from Paula Boggs Muething, City Solicitor, MODIFYING the provisions of Article II, “City Manager,” of the Cincinnati Administrative Code by ORDAINING new Section 26, “Tenant Information Website - City Website”; and further AUTHORIZING the City Manager to take appropriate administrative steps to obtain same-day eviction filing data from the Hamilton County Clerk of Courts, in order to make such data obtained available to service providers partnering with the City of Cincinnati in eviction relief services and eviction prevention initiatives.
