ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Mann, from Paula Boggs Muething, City Solicitor on 10/23/2019, AUTHORIZING the establishment of capital improvement program project account nos. 980x162x201642, "Artsville HVAC & Sound System"; 980x162x201641, "Electrical Substation Screening"; 980x232x202366, "Martin Luther King Jr. Monument"; and 980x232x202367, "Ormond & Ludlow Crosswalk"; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of the sum of $86,000 from the unappropriated surplus of Income Tax Permanent Improvement Fund 758 to capital improvement program project accounts top provide resources for the listed capital improvement program project account herein, according to Section A of the attached Schedule of Transfer; and further DECLARING the described projects to be for a public purpose, all for the purpose of carrying out the Capital Improvement Program.
