ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Patrick A. Duhaney, City Manager, on 10/23/2019, AUTHORIZING the transfer of the sum of $2,594,000, the remaining balance in the "Emergency Reserve" balance sheet account no. 050x2535, to the "Reserve for Weather Events, Other Emergency and One-time Needs," balance sheet account no. 050x2580 for the purpose of implementing the amended Stabilization Funds Policy authorized by Ordinance No. 0213-2019; and further AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of the sum of $153,345.68 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund 050 to various non-personnel operating budget accounts in Cincinnati Health District 416 according to the attached Schedule of Transfer for the purpose of providing operational funding to the Cincinnati Health Department that was cancelled due to the creation of new accounting mechanism for FY 2020.
