Duhaney, City Manager, AUTHORIZING the appropriation of the sum of $205,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Department of Community and Economic Development’s non-personnel operating budget account no. 050x161x7400 for the purpose of providing one-time leveraged support funding for the Urban Minority Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Outreach Program (UMADAOP) and the West End Trauma Recovery Center in the amount of $102,500 each; AUTHORIZING the appropriation of the sum of $24,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Department of Public Services’ personnel operating budget account no. 050x253x7100 for the purpose of funding a part-time employee for the City’s Call Center; AUTHORIZING the appropriation of the sum of $100,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund to the Department of Public Services’ personnel operating budget account no. 050x255x7100 for the purpose of providing funds for the implementation of onboarding janitorial contract employees located at Centennial Two and City Hall on or around April 1, 2020; and further AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of the sum of $100,000 from the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund 050 to the Health Department’s Cincinnati Health District Fund 416 personnel operating budget account no. 416x265x7100 for the purpose of funding a pilot mental health program.
