ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), from Patrick A. Duhaney, City Manager, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Development Agreement with Fifth Third Bank to accommodate the redevelopment of Fifth Third Bank’s headquarters, located adjacent to Fountain Square; providing for certain changes to Fountain Square to accommodate the redevelopment; releasing certain existing rights and in return accepting new easements and improvements associated with the redevelopment; and granting permission for Fifth Third Bank to construct a public performance stage on the southeast corner of Fountain Square.
