Duhaney, City Manager, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Grant of Encroachment Easement in favor of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority pursuant to which the City of Cincinnati will grant an encroachment easement for steps that encroach upon a portion of the Race Street public right-of-way adjacent to the building at 41 W. McMicken Avenue in Cincinnati.
