Duhaney, City Manager, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to execute a Grant of Encroachment Easement in favor of the Port of Greater Cincinnati Development Authority pursuant to which the City of Cincinnati will grant an encroachment easement for a fire escape over a portion of the Findlay Street public right-of-way for the building at 1830 Elm Street in Cincinnati.
