ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), from Patrick A. Duhaney, City Manager, AUTHORIZING the City Manager on behalf of the Cincinnati Polic Department to accept a donation of time and services from Mr. Terry Cosgrove valued at $50.00 per hour to teach the 110th recruit class at the Polic Department’s Training Academy. Mr. Cosgrove is up to date on all necessary certifications. This is an emergency ordinance due to the class schedule. Mr. Cosgrove is scheduled to start on September 23, 2019.
