ORDINANCE, from Patrick A. Duhaney, City Manager, AMENDING Articles II and IV of the Administrative Code of the City of Cincinnati, “City Manager” and “Departments of Police and Fire,” respectively, to modify the tables of organization within the City Manager’s Office, Department of Police, and Department of Fire to provide that the Emergency Communications Center services and personnel be restored to the City Manager’s Office for purposes of supervision and administrative oversight; and to further provide that the Emergency Communications Center Director shall report directly to the City Manager.
