RESOLUTION, from Paula Boggs Muething, City Solicitor, DECLARING the necessity of assessing certain lots located between 49 and 67 Mulberry Street, located adjacent to Peete Street in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood, for the purpose of constructing a public improvement, a 243-foot retaining wall along Peete Street on the south side of the properties that will remedy land movement that has caused continuing damage and presents a threat to public health and safety, in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Chapter 727.
