RESOLUTION, dated 02/20/2018, EXPRESSING the support of Council for the Mt.Washington Source Control Project, the public solution proposed by Metropolitan Sewer District (MSD) which will help prevent sewer backups from occurring on private properties in the My. Washington neighborhood, which area lacks the appropriate comprehensive storm water infrastructure to prevent these types of backup incidents during heavy rain storms, particularly those producing 2 inches or more per hour; and further URGING that the Mt. Washington Source Control Project be included in the City of Cincinnati's 2019 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) budget.
