- Approve the FFY 2024-2025 Ohio EPA Air Pollution Control Contract Amendment for contract term October 1, 2023 to June 30, 2025 to provide funding adjustments to reflect the final FFY 2024 funding allocation for a total funding amount of $1,394,207 ($788,770 FFY24 and $605,437 FFY25); and to retain prior approval of the regular annual obligation for the provision of $40,000 per year for two years for a total of $80,000 from Local funds for APC programming for the contract local match funding. (APC fund 2331).
- Approve a lease with Fettman Property Management, LTD to have the Health Department's Nursing Division occupy 128 Wertz Avenue NW, Canton, Ohio 44708 for up to a one-year term with the City of Canton paying the cost of the lease up to $60,000.0 ($5,000.00 per month).
