1. Approve an agreement with Cintas Corporation to provide rugs bi-weekly for the high traffic areas at CCPH for an amount not to exceed$15,680.64 for a period of October 29, 2025 to October 28, 2028 (36 months).
2. Approve an agreement with JORL Properties, LLC for lease of office space at 832 McKinley Ave NW, Canton OH 44703 to support expansion of Stark Wide Approach to Prevention (SWAP) for the period of 12 months at an amount not to exceed $55,000.00 (Harm Reduction Fund 2324).
3. Approve the purchase of one 49iOzone Analyzer from Thermo Fisher Scientific at a cost not to exceed $21,000 (APC funds 2331).
4. Approve purchase of Articulate Global LLS for Articulate 360 (content creation software) and Reach 360 (Learning Management System) for the period of November 29, 2025 to November 28, 2026 for a total amount not to exceed $7,499.00 (Public Workforce Grant Fund 2330).
