- Approve a no-cost Partnership Agreement with Stark Community Support Network to Distribute Naloxone under CCPH’s Overdose Education and Naloxone Distribution Program (OENDP), effective January 27, 2026, with annual renewal periods that will automatically renew every year.
- Approve an amendment to the My Community Health Center addendum, originally approved at the December 16, 2025 Canton City Board of Health meeting, to reduce the total award amount from $236,572.44 to an amount not to exceed $132,690.88, with no other changes to the agreement terms, as determined by the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
- Approve Agreement with Julian & Grube, Inc. to prepare the Health Department's basic financial statements as required by law for the 2025 audit at an amount not to exceed $4,500.00 with two additional contracted years for the 2026 and 2027 audit at $4,500.00 each year.
- Approve an amended agreement with JORL Properties, LLC for lease of office space at 832 McKinley Ave NW, Canton OH 44703 to extend the term of lease by three months, for a total of 15 months (November 1, 2025 through January 31, 2027), for an additional lump sum of $13,750.00 and a total amount not to exceed $68.750.00. (Harm Reduction Fund 2324).
- <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: 12pt; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);" id="isPasted">Approve an agreement with HS Govtech (HealthSpace USA) for Environmental Health data management services (HSCloud), including performing inspections in the field using HSCloud for $20,000.00 ($11,000.00 for set-up fee and $9,000.00 for the annual license fee) from January 27, 2026 for five years with automatic annual renewals with the following payments: year 2 $9,000.00, year 3 $9,540.00, year 4 $10,112.40 and year 5 $10,719.14).
