- Authorize an agreement with LexisNexis for database and research services for two users for a total amount not to exceed $240.00 ($120.00 per user) per month, for a period of March 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027 with annual renewals (starting 03/01/2027) at the current rate until either party terminates the agreement.
- Approve an agreement with United Way of Greater Stark County for the Department of Children and Youth, Maternal and Infant Vitality Initiative grant for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00 for the period of March 1, 2026 through June 30, 2026 (THRIVE fund 2314, FY26 MIVI Grant).

- Approve an agreement with Stark County TASC, Inc. to provide a part-time Peer Recovery Supporter for Canton City Public Health's Harm Reduction services from March 1, 2026 to June 30, 2026 at an amount not to exceed $8,260.00, including a $1,500.00 one-time administrative fee (OneOhio fund 2324.308010).
- Approve the purchase of mosquito supplies from Clarke Mosquito Control Products for an amount not to exceed $43,861.50 (EH Fund 7601.307001).
- <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" id="isPasted">Approve the purchase of one T640 PM2.5 Analyzer from Teledyne API at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00 (APC fund 2331).
- <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" id="isPasted">Approve an amendment to the Access Health Stark County addendum, approved by the Canton City Board of Health on December 16, 2025, increasing the total award by $64,462.46 to an amount not to exceed $418,384.19, with all other terms and conditions remaining unchanged, as determined by the Ohio Department of Medicaid.
