- Approve an agreement with the Ohio Department of Administrative Services for the MARCS Service Subscription for an amount not to exceed the current device rate <span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">as set by the State's annual device rate setting process</span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">, with the agreement commencing on the date that MARCS signs the agreement and shall continue until June 30 of the current state fiscal biennium. This agreement shall automatically renew for an additional two-year term on July 1 of each new state biennium upon the same terms and conditions as are set forth herein.
- Approve an addendum to the agreement with the Early Childhood Resource Center to facilitate conversations with pregnant and parenting individuals to inform Stark County THRIVE Maternal and Infant Vitality Initiative programming as part of the SFY26/27 grant deliverables. This addendum increases the agreement by $1,350.00, for a total amount not to exceed $4,350.00, with no change to the previously approved scope of work for the same contract period of April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026. (THRIVE Fund 2314.301001).
