Approve a FY27 Agreement with the YWCA of Canton for the purpose of receiving grant funding for performing on-site clinic services (Early Head Start Outreach) for the period of September 1, 2026 through August 31, 2027 for an amount not to exceed <span style="color: rgb(184, 49, 47);">$AMOUNT</span> (Fund 2335).
2. <span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody" data-pasted="true">Approve purchase of one Model 8872 data logger from Agilaire, LLC at a cost not to exceed $10,600.00 (APC fund 2331).
3. Elisabeth Mobberley, HIV/STI Prevention Health Educator, for travel from 10/14/2026 to 10/16/2026 for the From Challenge to Change: Cultivating Resilience in Public Health conference in Oregon, Ohio at a cost not to exceed $804.75 (STI grant fund 2312).
4. Approve the appointment of a full-time Director of Nursing (K) (per Board of Health Resolution 2026-03).
5. Approve minutes of the July 28, 2026 Board of Health hearings.
6. Approve minutes of the July 28, 2026 Board of Health meeting.
7. Approve Financial Report as of July 31, 2026.
8. Approve the temporary appointment of a Laboratory Manager (J).
9. Approval of additional awarded funds of $90,000.00 for the Ohio Department of Health FY23 Public Health Workforce Grant for a new grant total of $585,000.00 (fund 2330). The grant period remains the same from July 1, 2023 to November 30, 2027.
10. Approve agenda for the August 25, 2026 Board of Health meeting.
