  2. Temporary General Labor Staffing Services - Recommend to Council approval of a Resolution to approve a second-year renewal contract with Safe Staffing of Ohio for Temporary General Labor Staffing Services for a term from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027.
  3. Yard Waste & Leaf Disposal - A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement with Kurtz Bros. for yard waste disposal in the amount of $6.50 per cubic yard and leaf disposal in the amount of $5.25 per cubic yard for a term from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, to be paid from a Blanket Purchase Order.
  4. Supplementary Snow Plowing & Senior Snow Plowing - An ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute an agreement for supplementary snowplowing and senior snow plowing with Mattes Landscaping, Inc, for a term from October 11, 2026 to October 10, 2027 for Year 1 pricing and October 11, 2027 to October 10, 2028 for Year 2 pricing, to be paid from Blanket Purchase Orders.
  5. Purchase of Replacement Pickup Truck Beds - Recommend to Council approval of a motion authorizing the purchase of three used replacement pickup truck beds from Oil City Bumper Co. in the amount of $8,500.00. Account #C1100420-26020.
  6. B72 Replacement Upper Sweep Blade Carrier - Recommend to Council approval of a motion authorizing the purchase of replacement equipment for a 2016 Refuse Packer from Environmental Equipment Sales and Service in the amount of $12,039.25. Account #1100622-26020.

Bohning and Associates, Inc., to provide Construction Management Services for the Riverview Road Culvert (C-14) Replacement Project in the amount of $10,440.00.
  20. Transportation for Livable Communities Grant Authorization - Recommend to Council approval of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to apply to the Northeast Ohio Areawide Coordinating Agency (NOACA) for funding through the TLCI Implementation Grant program to construct sidewalks on Chippewa Road (SR 82) from Cinnabar Drive to Riverview Road and ADA pedestrian improvements to the Chippewa Road/Riverview Road intersection.
