12. ORD. 5886 - an Ordinance amending Chapter 1323 of the Building Code entitled " Outdoor Swimming Pool" to update title, definitions, compliance and exceptions; and declaring an emergency.

RES. 5908 - a Resolution approving and ratifying the authorization to Perform Services and Direction of Payment documentation for the necessary emergency cleaning and/or restoration of the service garage property located at 4400 Oakes Road after a fire on April 7, 2026; and declaring an emergency.
14. ORD. 5889 - an Ordinance amending Section 1173.03 of the Planning and Zoning Code to allow certain existing non-conforming buildings to construct additions or similar attached structures; and declaring an emergency.
15. RES. 5907 - A Resolution authorizing the Mayor to complete the application process for funding through the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works 2027 County Road Preventative Maintenance Reimbursement Program; and declaring an emergency.
