TAX ANTICIPATION NOTE ORDINANCE DELEGATING TO THE COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE AND MANAGEMENT SERVICES THE POWERS TO AUTHORIZE THE ISSUANCE OF $150,000,000 TAX ANTICIPATION NOTES OF THE CITY OF YONKERS, NEW YORK, OR SO MUCH THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, IN ANTICIPATION OF THE COLLECTION OF TAXES LEVIED FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING JULY 1, 2025, AND TO PRESCRIBE THE TERMS, FORM AND CONTENTS, AND PROVIDE FOR THE SALE AND CREDIT ENHANCEMENT OF SUCH NOTES.
