A GENERAL ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF YONKERS KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE AND ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF YONKERS TO 1) ESTABLISH A “CASINO SPECIAL DISTRICT”; AND 2) CHANGE THE ZONE CLASSIFICATION OF 810 YONKERS AVENUE DESIGNATED ON THE CITY OF YONKERS TAX ASSESSMENT MAP AS SECTION 6, BLOCK 6125, LOTS 1, 2, AND 3 TO THE NEWLY ESTABLISHED CASINO SPECIAL DISTRICT.
