To support the preparation and submission of an application to the Round 8 Restore NY program, by the County Division of Planning, Community Development & Environmental Management to request funding for the rehabilitation of buildings in Monticello's Broadway Corridor. 16. 5. The County is in receipt of a scope and associated cost estimate for additional design and engineering services for the Sullivan O&W Rail Trail in Parksville (Town of Liberty). 17. 6. To approve the proposed exempt actions so that the Department of Planning shall eliminate the need for review and comment on such local actions and to authorize the County Manager to execute all necessary municipal corporation agreements. ID-6410 carried at Committee Pass
