11. 3. Sullivan County Sheriff Admin & Jail facility requires code mandated inspection, testing, and maintenance of the fire alarm, sprinkler, and fire suppression systems. This resolution authorizes County Manager to execute a contract for said services with FS&S, whom installed the original equipment and has provided the ITM for the past 6 years, and is on NYS Contract.
