14. 2. The County Attorney’s Office relies on Westlaw for daily legal research and access to current legal authority. This resolution authorizes a new three-year agreement with Thomson Reuters for continued use of Westlaw, including existing and newly identified research modules. ID-8663 carried at Committee Pass
15. 3. The County currently utilizes Darktrace technology as part of its cybersecurity environment. This resolution authorizes a ‘Product Order Form’ to enhance redundancy, resiliency and continuity of the County’s cybersecurity services. ID-8664 carried at Committee Pass

This resolution authorizes a Statement of Work with ePlus Technology, Inc. for engineering and project management services associated with the County’s migration from its on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment to Microsoft Office 365. The engagement includes assessment and remediation of the existing environment, configuration of the Office 365 and hybrid Exchange environment, and assistance with pilot migration and transition activities. This resolution authorizes a two-year agreement for continued software maintenance, cloud hosting and support services, including an upgrade to the Total Collection Solution, for the period January 1, 2027 through December 31, 2028.
