Prior to authorizing work to be completed under this contract, the Department of Parks, Recreation and Beautification requires a project-specific proposal, including a scope of services as well as estimated costs, be submitted for review. The purpose of this resolution is to authorize funding for the costs associated with the development of these scopes of services.
