The Sullivan County Airport Development Commission (SCADC) was established by Resolution No. 62-00, to stimulate economic development efforts, improve the usage, and to attract business to the Sullivan County International Airport. Resolution No. 96-17 set the number of members to eleven (11), three (3) of whom are pilots to be appointed by the Legislature. Mr. Bruce Davidson, Mr. Joseph Siegal, and Mr. Robert Ratner are experienced and respected aviators in our aviation community, tenants of the Sullivan County International Airport, and interested in serving on the Sullivan County Airport Development Commission. This resolution would appoint these individuals as members of the Sullivan County Airport Development Commission.
