  2. <strong>170-2026 (Technical Review)</strong> Local Law amending Chapter 170 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of South Bristol — regarding Artificial Intelligence Computing Facilities & Data Centers.
  3. <strong>154-2026 (Class 2)</strong> Local law amending Chapter 350 (Zoning) of the Code of the Town of Bristol - regarding permitted uses in the L-I (Light Industrial) Use District.
  4. <strong>167-2026 (Class 1)</strong> Site Plan for the installation of a 74.24 kW ground-mounted solar array - at 1843 State Route 14.
  5. <strong>164.0-2026 (Class 1) </strong>Area Variances (3) for: (1) removal of dock conditions from a previous area variance approval and (2 and 3) a lot coverage of 31.1% on Lot 1 and 29.3% on Lot 2 when no greater than 25% is permitted - at 4260 State Route 364. 164.0-2026 is related to the removal of dock conditions, and 164.1-2026 is for the two lot coverage area variances.

  11. <strong>173-2026 (Class 2)</strong> Local Law establishing a six-month moratorium on Short-Term Rentals - in the Village of Naples.
  12. <strong>161-2026 (Class 1)</strong> Preliminary Site Plan for the construction of a 16,550 SF commercial (flex-space) building and a 30,000 SF multi-use (general business and residential apartment) building with associated improvements - at 0000 Hunts Park.
  13. <strong>158-2026 (Class 1) </strong>Site Plan to demolish an existing block building and to construct a 20,050 SF car dealership (Garber Cadillac) building to expand the sales and service area of the existing building - at 5375 Thomas Road.

  15. <strong>166-2026 (Class 1)</strong> Site Plan for the construction of 23 manufactured home lots and a 12,000 SF single-story water meter/maintenance building within the existing Idlewood Manor manufactured home park - at 850 State Route 21.
  16. <strong>168.0-2026 (Class 1)</strong> Special Use Permit and Site Plan for the installation of four accessory dwelling units (manufactured homes) - at 635 State Route 88. 168.0-2026 is related to the special use permit and 168.1-2026 is for the site plan.
  17. 171-2026 (Class 1) Area variances (2) to construct a 685 SF deck - at 5737A Seneca Point Road. Area Variances are for: (1) a 39.7% total lot coverage where no greater than 20% is allowed, and (2) 6.2-foot stream setback when a minimum of 25 ft. is required.
