PROPOSED AUTHORIZATION OF ECONOMIC AND SMALL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT HUB OPERATOR AGREEMENT — Ordinance authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and enter into an agreement with Iona University as the Economic and Small Business Development Hub Operator and amend Ordinance No. 198 of 2025, the Budget of the City of New Rochelle for 2026, and appropriating funds therefor.
2. <span style='font-size:16px;font-family:"Times New Roman",serif;' id="isPasted">PROPOSED AUTHORIZATION TO SUBMIT A SHARED SERVICES GRANT APPLICATION TO THE NYS LOCAL GOVERNMENT RECORDS MANAGEMENT IMPROVEMENT FUND (LGRMIF) AND TO ENTER INTO A SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE NEW ROCHELLE INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT AGENCY RELATIVE TO THIS GRANT - Resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a Shared Services grant application to the NYS Local Government Records Management Improvement Fund (LGRMIF) and enter into a Shared Services Agreement with the New Rochelle Industrial Development Agency relative to this Grant.
3. PROPOSED AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY AT 38 FIRST STREET — Resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and acquire Parcel 38 First Street, New Rochelle, NY 10801, for municipal parking.
4. PROPOSED ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT AWARD FROM THE WHITE PLAINS YOUTH BUREAU RE: SUPPORT OF THE GRANDPA'S UNITED PROGRAM - Ordinance authorizing the acceptance of a grant from the White Plains' Youth Bureau in the amount of $14,000 relative to the Grandpa's United Program and amending Ordinance No. 198 of 2025, the Budget of the City of New Rochelle for 2026, and appropriating funds therefor.
