3. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO CODE OF THE CITY OF NEW ROCHELLE RE: PARKING REGULATION CHANGE (39 BEATTIE LANE) - Ordinance amending Section 312-91, Schedule XX: Handicapped Parking, of Chapter 312, Vehicles and Traffic, of the Code of the City of New Rochelle (39 Beattie Lane).
4. PROPOSED ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT AWARD RE: BLOOMBERG PHILANTHROPIES YOUTH CLIMATE ACTION FUND – Ordinance accepting the Bloomberg Philanthropies Youth Climate Action Fund award; and amending Ordinance No. 198 of 2025, the Budget of the City of New Rochelle for 2026 (Sponsored by Mayor Yadira Ramos-Herbert).
