- authorizing the Supervisor to enter into an Agreement with Wild Goose Chase NE in connection with the non-lethal control of the geese population at The Crossings Park, The Town Library and Memorial Town Hall.
- authorizing the Supervisor to enter into a contract with Colonie Pickleball Club, Inc. in connection with leasing the Pickleball Courts at the Mohawk River Park.
- authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 1 to the contract with ANJO Construction, Ltd., in connection with the West Albany Memorial Park Ice Skating Facility Improvement Project.
