  7. awarding the contract to Flach Industries, Inc. in connection with the Sodium Hypochlorite Tank Replacement Project at the Mohawk View Water Pollution Control Plant for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.
  8. authorizing the Supervisor to execute Change Order No. 2 to the contract with ANJO Construction, Ltd., in connection with the West Albany Memorial Park Ice Skating Facility Improvement Project.
  9. requiring the Planning and Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 32 Preston Drive in the Canterbury Crossing PDD.
