8. awarding the contract to Johnson Controls Fire Protection, LP in connection with fire sprinklers system testing and inspection.
9. awarding the contract to M.A. Schafer Construction, Inc. in connection with the installation of the pre-fabricated restroom at the West Albany Memorial Park.
10. authorizing the Supervisor to rescind the contract with Neptune America, Inc. in connection with the window replacement and install project at Memorial Town Hall.
11. awarding the contract to Matt Industries, Inc. d/b/a Dupli Envelope & Graphics in connection with printing and mailing of water meter cards for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.
12. requiring the Planning and Development Director to review and consider the proposed amendment of 33 Justin Street in the Maxwell Road PDD.
