8. authorizing acceptance of a proposal from Arthur J. Gallagher Risk Management Services, Inc., in connection with the retention of auto and excess auto liability and drone liability insurance policies.
9. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids for replacement of network storage infrastructure for the Office of Management Information Services (MIS).
10. permanently appointing Lisa M. Bottillo-Bessette to the position of Principal Clerk, Grade 9, in the DPW/Division of Highway.

18. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids to sealcoat and stripe the parking lot at the Police Training Facility.
19. rejecting all bids received in connection with Town publication and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to re-advertise for the same.
20. rejecting all bids received in connection with roof repairs for 2026 and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to re-advertise for the same.
