6. appointing Triton J. Seals to the position of Highway Maintenance Worker Trainee, Grade 7, in the DPW/Division of Highway.
7. scheduling the public hearing pursuant to Section 198(12) of the New York State Town Law in connection with the sale of 64 Wade Road to the Albany County Airport Authority on behalf of the Latham Water District.
8. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with standby plumbing services for the Department of Public Works.
9. establishing one position of Sewer Maintenance Worker Trainee, Grade 7, in the DPW/Division of Pure Waters and appointing Daniel T. VanAmburgh to same.
10. establishing one position of Senior Typist (HELP Program), Grade 8, in the DPW/Division of Highway and permanently appointing Linda A. Lyons to same.
11. establishing one position of Construction Project Manager, Grade 19, in the DPW/Division of Engineering and provisionally appointing Richard A. DiBlasi to same.
12. authorizing expenditure of funds from the Insurance Reserve Fund for payment of legal fees, expenses and/or settlement in connection with litigation.
13. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with sanitary sewer repairs for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.
14. reinstating Nathaniel P. VanPatten to the position of Paramedic, in the EMS Department.

16. appointing Jennifer G. Dupuis to the position of Clerk to Town Justice, Grade 9, in the Justice Department.
17. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids for the 2026 Cured-In-Place Lining Program for the DPW/Division of Pure Waters.
18. pursuant to Section 202b of the New York State Town Law approving the High Lift Generator Underground Diesel Storage Tanks Replacement Project in the DPW/Division of Latham Water.
19. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with the proposed Low Lift Pump Station sump cleanout at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.
20. authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to advertise for bids in connection with remediation projects at the Mohawk View Water Treatment Plant for the DPW/Division of Latham Water.
21. permanently appointing Erika-Patsy M. Mitchell to the position of Building Inspector (HELP Program), Grade 14, in the Building Department.
22. Resolution declaring certain cell phones and iPads as surplus and authorizing the Director of Purchasing and General Services to sell the same to PaceButler Corporation.
23. accepting the donation from MES Life Safety of four (4) self- contained breathing apparatus units to the Building and Fire Services Department.
24. accepting an in-kind donation of labor and materials from Richard G. Rosetti Jr, in connection with repairs to the Powder House at the Mohawk River Park.
25. replacing Resolution No. 268-C for 2026 and permanently promoting Jessica L. Benoit-Eide to the position of Purchasing Assistant (HELP Program), Grade 13, in the General Services Department.
