BOND RESOLUTION OF THE COUNTY OF ALBANY, NEW YORK, AUTHORIZING PURCHASING FOOD SERVICE CAFÉ AND DISTRIBUTION EQUIPMENT FOR SHAKER PLACE REHABILITATION AND NURSING CENTER (“SPRNC”) AND CONVERTING EMPLOYEE DINING AREA TO A MULTI-USE CAFÉ WITH EQUIPMENT TO PREPARE, STORE, AND SELL FOOD TO STAFF AT SPRNC, STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST THEREOF IS $500,000, APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $500,000 OF SERIAL BONDS OF SAID COUNTY TO FINANCE SAID APPROPRIATION
