D Staff Report (For Possible Action): Case No. LDC26-00075 (805 Ryland Street - Fence Height Deviation) – A request has been made for a major deviation to exceed the allowed fence height standard of 4-feet in the front yard setback by 50 percent (allowing a 6-foot fence in the front setback). The ±0.66-acre site is located on the north side of Ryland Street, approximately ±200 feet east of its intersection with South Wells Avenue (805 Ryland Street). The site is located in the Mixed-Use Urban (MU) zoning district and has a Master Plan land use designation of Urban Mixed-Use (UMU).
4. E Staff Report (For Possible Action): Discussion and possible direction to staff to initiate amendments to the current Reno City Planning Commission By-laws.
