Commercial Row, acceptance of the Financial But-For Analysis prepared by SB Friedman Development Advisors with respect to providing TIF for the development, and authorization for the Executive Director to execute an Owner Participation Agreement and any other necessary and appropriate documents associated therewith with E. Commercial Row LLC. (
