- Possible action to approve the award of the 2024-2026 Fire Protection Maintenance and Service Contract to Johnson Controls Fire Protection LP.
- Possible Action to award a contract with A&K Earth Movers, Inc. for Construction Services for Shadow Lane an amount of $5,440,000.00 plus a 5% contingency.
- Possible action to approve the award of the 2024-2026 Water Treatment Plant Residuals Solids Removal Contract to Marshall’s Sanitation Service LLC in amount not to exceed $0.39 per gallon.
- Possible action to approve the award of the annual 2024-2025 Material Supplier Contract to Western Nevada Supply in an amount not to exceed the unit pricing listed in the attached inventory pricing list.
- Possible action to approve a contract with Shaw Engineering to Design for the proposed new Ricci Tank (2) and to prepare plans for the Re-coating of the Existing Ricci tank. The proposal is for not to exceed the amount of $192, 100
