- Discussion and Possible Action to award a contract for copying and printing services to Pacific Office Automation for lease and use of six (6) multi-functional copiers/printers, supplies, and maintenance. The standard operation rate lease of $2,285.28 per month plus all maintenance and supplies; black and white and color copies are billed at a flat rate of $1,890.00 per month for a total lease price of $4,175.28 per month.
- Discussion and possible action to authorize staff to take the necessary actions to enter into a lease, for a period of five years, of two (2.0) acre-feet/annually of groundwater to Northern Nevada Research Co., LLC for use at its facility located at 7162 California Street, Hazen, NV 89408 (Churchill County APN 009-251-84).
