- (For Possible Action) Second Reading, discussion, and possible action regarding Bill #358, an Ordinance related to ZMA24004, a Zoning Map Amendment application submitted by Jose Castillo Jr on behalf of Golden Years Castle Home of Fernley, LLC to change the zoning designation from SF20 (Single-Family Residential-20,000 square foot minimum) to PF (Public Facility) on two parcels totaling approximately 1.741 acres located at the southwest corner of Farm District Road and Westerlund Lane (APNs 021-111-47 and 021-111-48).
- Discussion and Possible Action to Approve proposal to complete a Public Safety Feasibility Study with Center for Public Safety Management, LLC, CPSM for an amount not to exceed $150,122.00
- Discussion and Possible action to approve a contract with Stantec to Design for the proposed Highway 50 Water Main Loop to prepare plans for the installation of a 14-inch transmission line. The proposal is not to exceed the amount of $382,929.
