- Possible Action to Approve an extension to the AKIN Bros LLC Water Rights Banking and Dedication Agreement executed on May 14, 2004. The effect of the amendment will be to renew the banking agreement for an additional 10 years and allow the banked water rights to be used to support development on any parcel within the City's service area.
- <div style="margin-left: 20px;">Discussion and Possible action to approve an Change Order with Construction Material Engineering (CME) for testing and inspection in the amount not to exceed $11,435.00 for the construction of the new 1.5 M Gallon Treated Water Reservoir at the Water Treatment Plant.
