11. For Possible Action to purchase one (1) light tower with an attached generator for the City of Fernley's Streets and Storm Drains Department for an amount not to exceed $16,000.
12. For Possible Action to purchase one (1) skid steer with rotary brush cutter for the City of Fernley's Streets and Storm Drains Department for an amount not to exceed $85,000.
13. For Possible Action to purchase one (1) 1/2-ton four-wheel drive pickup truck for the City of Fernley's Code Enforcement Department for an amount not to exceed $65,000.
14. Possible action to purchase 16 new floating surface aerators and they will give us 1 surface aerator to make a total of 17 to be replaced in FY 2026, per Nevada Division of Environmental Protection (NDEP) requirement for the East Wastewater Treatment Plant for the amount of $399,280.00.
15. For Possible Action: Approval of Change Order in the amount of $127,680.00 to the existing construction contract with Resource Development Company to remove 2 feet of sediment and vegetation from the existing overflow and infiltration basin at the Water Treatment Plant.
16. Possible Action to approve a Request for Amendment No. 2 for $37,870 to Cumming Group’s current Community Response and Resource Center contract.
17. Discussion and Possible Action. First reading of Bill #361 (associated with CA25001) to revise Section 32.03.040(b) (Comprehensive Master Plan Amendment) of the City of Fernley Development Code to better reflect the requirements found in NRS 278.210 for amending the Master Plan.
