- Consideration and possible action to approve a Professional Services Contract with Shaw Engineering to develop a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the East Wastewater Treatment Plant (EWWTP) Upgrades, based on the recommendations outlined in the Professional Engineering Report presented to Council on August 6, 2025. The proposed contract amount is $33,750.
