Castillo Trust dated 2/25/2022 and the City of Fernley, APN 021-111-47 and 021-111-48 TCID serial numbers 1022-2 and 1022-2-D in the amount of 4.5 acre feet annually.
- For Possible Action: Introduction and first reading of Bill #375, a Code Amendment initiated by City Councilman Torres to amend Title 2, Chapter 2, Section 4 (Powers and duties of the city manager (b) Exceptions to authority; updating the evaluation process.
