1. Possible Approval of contract for Professional Services with Shaw Engineering. The contract will provide Construction Management, Inspections and Testing for the Ricci Tank 2 project.
2. Possible Approval of contract with Resource Development Company, in the amount of $3,391,700.00 for new construction of Ricci Tank #2.
3. Possible Action to award the 2026-2027 Annual Chemical Supplier Contract to Thatcher Company of Nevada, Inc. for an amount not to exceed the unit price per pound as listed in the submitted bid document for each chemical supplied.
