For possible action: Receive a report on the status of ongoing litigation with the United States Bureau of Reclamation related to the Truckee Canal XM Project Environmental Impact Statement with possible action by the Council to direct counsel to either: (1) end the litigation; (2) request reconsideration of the 9th Circuit Panel's September 14, 2026 judgment; (3) request <i data-pasted="true">en banc</i> review of the Panel's judgment; or (4) file a Writ of Certiorari with the United States Supreme Court seeking reversal of the Panel's judgment.
13. Possible Action to Approve a Will-Serve Amendment to The Meadows at Inglewood - Maintenance Building for 0.47 ERCs of water and 0.58 ERCs of sewer for Lyon County Parcel 020-342-02 located at 1065 Inglewood Drive, Fernley, NV.
14. (For Possible Action) Discussion and possible action regarding Bill #394, an Ordinance establishing the Fernley Power District as a municipal electric utility of the City of Fernley pursuant to NRS 266.290; setting forth the public utility proposed to be established, the estimated cost thereof, and the proposed manner and terms of payment; defining the initial service area within the victory logistics district; establishing the Fernley Power District board as the governing body of the district and prescribing its composition, member selection, and powers and duties; delegating to the board administrative and regulatory authority over the district; and other matters properly related thereto.
15. <span style="margin-left:0in;">Possible action to approve an amendment to the Altitude Valve Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Project, increasing the total project authorization from $21,200 to $50,980 to include rehabilitation of the existing altitude valves and associated check valves serving the Sage Tank and Ricci Tank, based on Shaw Engineering's recommendations.
