- Discussion and possible action to approve a contract with Raftelis in the amount not to exceed $70,380 for review of the proposed Fernley Power District Ordinance and working group report.
- Discussion and possible action for approval of a contract with Jensen Engineering Inc. to provide design, bid services and construction management for the Water Treatment Plant, Generator Connection Project for an amount not to exceed $48,500.
- Discussion and possible action to approve a contract with Artistic Fence Co., Inc. for the Water Treatment Plant Main Gate Repair and Improvements. This project will repair the WTP main gates, provide new gate operators and improve the design of the gate to minimize future issues. The cost will be $44,984.00
- Discussion and possible approval of Professional Services Contract with Verus AEC for SCADA design and programming services. This project will provide a SCADA design, Bidding Services, Construction Management, Inspections and programming with commissioning services for the Wastewater Collections System, for the total cost of $369,722.00.
- Discussion and possible action to approve Change Order #1 on the construction of Ricci Tank 2. Cost of CO1 is in the amount of $37,956.00
- For discussion and possible approval of an amendment to the current Memorandum of Understanding between the City and Main Street Fernley to include coordinating the planning and design efforts for the Main Street Art Park.
