2. Possible Action to Approve the Collective Bargaining Union Agreement between the City of Fernley and IBEW 1245 effective 7/1/2026-6/30/2028.
3. Possible Action to approve a grant agreement between the Nevada Department of Wildlife and City of Fernley for the Fernley Community Pond project. The agreement provides $100,000 in Wildlife Heritage Account grant funding to support the design and construction of a new community fishing pond and associated park amenities.
4. Possible Action to authorize the execution of the Water Rights Banking and Dedication Agreement with Gary Oberg, APN 021-162-20 TCID Serial Number 1014-1-E-3-A in the amount of 1.89 acre-feet.
5. Possible Action to authorize the execution of the Water Rights Banking Agreement with Pefley 2023 Trust, APN 020-242-14 TCID Serial Number 1034-2-B in the amount of 4.68 acre-feet.
6. Possible Action to authorize the execution of the Water Rights Banking Agreement with Pefley 2023 Trust, APN 020-242-13 TCID Serial Number 1034-2-C in the amount of 2.385 acre-feet.
7. Possible Action to authorize the execution of the Water Rights Banking and Dedication Agreement with Snowbird XIV, LLC, APN 020-222-21 TCID Serial Number 1024-9 in the amount of 3.78 acre-feet.
8. Possible Action to approve the Professional Services Agreement with Shaw Engineering for the development and implementation support of the City of Fernley's Industrial Pretreatment Program in an amount not to exceed $45,500.

12. Possible Action to purchase one (1) hydraulic snowplow and one (1) mounted salt-sand spreader for the City of Fernley's Fleet Department for an amount not to exceed $26,801.30.
13. Possible Action to purchase one (1) 1 & 1/2-ton, four-wheel drive pickup truck with service body and crane for the City of Fernley's Water Distribution Department for an amount not to exceed $120,645.25.
14. Possible Action to approve a contract with Stonehouse Drilling to rehabilitate Well 13, in the amount not to exceed $27,780.00.
15. Possible Action to approve a contract with Stonehouse Drilling to rehabilitate Well 9A, in the amount not to exceed $32,980.00.
16. Possible Action to approve contract with Valley Collection Services, LLC, for collecting past-due utilities from Rockin T Trucking in the amount of $1,632.98.
17. Possible Action to approve the award of the 2026-2028 Water Treatment Plant Residuals Solids Removal Contract to Marshall’s Sanitation Service LLC in amount not to exceed $0.48 per gallon.

Possible Action to Approve a Contract with DOWL, Reno, NV, for Strategic Asset Management Program Support<br data-pasted="true">for professional services related to the continued implementation, training, and technical support of the City’s<br>GIS and WebGIS viewer through ArcGIS Online, in an amount not to exceed $60,000
