The new facility will be located in the northeast corner of the property which is located at 2095 E. Newlands Drive (APN:021-25-06) in an Industrial (I) zone.
- (For possible action) Discussion and possible action on a Conditional Use Permit (CUP26006) request by Premier Design Build Group to complete tenant improvements within an existing industrial warehouse building located at 1740 N Nevada Pacific Parkway (021-242-21) in the Victory Logistics District. The 28,543 square feet of tenant improvements will create classrooms, instructional laboratories, offices, conference rooms, student support areas, restrooms, and associated building services.
